How often do I need Follow-ups?
A follow-up should be booked 6-8 weeks after the initial consult. It lasts about 45 minutes. We do follow-ups to determine whether your remedy needs to be repeated or adjusted. Once we have you on a good remedy, we do not need to see you as often; follow-up intervals lengthen to every 2 months, then every 3 months, and so on. Since homeopathy is so individual, the homeopath will assess a follow-up schedule that suits your needs. At Little Mountain Homeopathy, our aim is not to make you dependent on the practitioner. Rather, we see ourselves as partners in your healing journey. We are also more than happy to inform you of any books or other educational tools that will help you become more resourceful and independent with your healing.
