Swine flu vaccine ingredients are not safe for pregnant women and children

pregnant woman and childRight now, the swine flu vaccine is being distributed to the Canadian and US population. Of first priority to receive the shot are pregnant women and young children, both considered to be high risk groups for the H1N1 flu. I strongly believe that the swine flu vaccine is not safe or effective for anyone, but it is especially dangerous for young children and unborn fetuses.
There are many reasons for extreme caution. The testing of the vaccine was fast-tracked, so there are absolutely no long-term studies done on its safety. Also most disturbing are the list of toxic ingredients in the vaccine: squalene, thimerosal, and aluminum salts.

SqualeneSqualene is an adjuvant added to the swine flu vaccine in order to enhance its immune-stimulating properties. A study done on rats in 2000 published in the American Journal of Pathology shows that squalene can induce rheumatoid arthritis. Another study published 2000 in Experimental and Molecular Pathology shows a clear link between Gulf War Syndrome and exposure to squalene. A later study published 2002 in Experimental and Molecular Pathology shows that those military personnel who did have adverse reactions to the anthrax vaccine were all exposed to the batches of the vaccine which contained squalene.

In Canada pregnant women and children will be given the option to use an unadjuvanted vaccine that does not contain squalene. But why give them a choice? It’s like asking whether or not you’d like rat poison in your coffee.

MercuryThimerosal is  a mercury-containing preservative in the swine flu vaccine. A few weeks ago Washington state issued a press release stating that they would be temporarily suspending Washington’s limit on the amount of mercury (thimerosal) allowed in H1N1 vaccine given to pregnant women and children under three. Mercury-free vaccine will be available, but if the mercury-free vaccine runs out, under this new law, pregnant women and children will be allowed to be injected with an amount of mercury that would normally be illegal.

Tuna sushiDoctors, pharmacists, and the mainstream press assure us that thimerosal is not harmful but one recent study begs to differ. A study done by UBC professor Dr. Chris Shaw published in the June 2009 edition of Toxicological and Environmental Chemistry found that thimerosal is toxic to the cells of an unborn fetus. Pregnant women are told not to eat tuna because it contains high levels of mercury, yet it is perfectly acceptable to inject mercury directly into a pregnant woman?! The US and Canadian governments assure us that thimerosal is not harmful, yet they have systematically removed thimerosal from every single childhood vaccine except for the (swine) flu vaccine. Russia, Denmark, Austria, Japan, Great Britain, and all the Scandinavian countries have banned thimerosal from being used in any of their vaccines.

Aluminum pots and pansLastly there is yet another heavy metal in the swine flu vaccine: aluminum hydroxide. Most people have stopped using aluminum pots and pans because it is well known that aluminum is linked to brain damage. In April 2009 a study was published in the Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry linking aluminum hydroxide injections to motor deficits and motor neuron degeneration. A 2007 study published in Neuromolecular Medicine showed “Aluminum adjuvant linked to Gulf War illness induces motor neuron death in mice” (M.S. Petrik, et al, Vol. 1, No. 9, pp. 83-100).
There is a lot of hype surrounding the swine flu, fueled by the mainstream media, doctors and the medical establishment. The motivation for this hype is profits, since pharmaceutical companies and doctors make money from swine flu immunizations. They are not concerned about pregnant women and children, they’re only concerned with their own pocketbooks.

There are a few options. If you have strong immunity, you have nothing to fear. Don’t take the swine flu shot, which will only damage your health, and you have nothing to worry about.

If you have low resistance to any flu, cough, or cold that comes along, I recommend that you consult a professional homeopath for constitutional treatment. Feel free to contact me for more information.

  1. Your post is an inspiration for me to study more about this subject. I must confess your clarity broadened my views and I will right away grab your rss feed to remain up to date on any succeeding articles you might write. You are due, thanks for a job well done!

  2. My pregnant wife received the H1N1 vaccine and our baby is developing very well months later. I encouraged her to get it after a young pregnant woman died in our city–fortunately they delivered her baby prematurely, just before she passed. The risk of contracting the flu seemed too great.

This article received a lot of comments about the government and corporations spreading lies for profit, yet this very website is set up to promote one’s business… for profit. Granted, you are entitled to your own paranoia, but please recognize the hypocrisy.

    1. Hello David. Of course you’re entitled to your own opinion. This blog is about education, not about forcing anybody to do anything.
I have a small independent business. You can hardly compare my business to a big corporation such as the corrupt drug company GlaxoSmithKline. I’ve never harmed or killed anybody. I am promoting my business to save lives and to promote health instead of keeping people sick so I can profit from them. My clients get better fast, so I am really not making that much money vs. the pharmaceutical companies who are interested in keeping people sick.
As for saying I’m paranoid, again you’re entitled to your opinion but I’ve given reasons for my beliefs and you can find those reasons in my many blog articles. I have cited sources from science publications and regular media sources.

      1. The only comparison I’m making is that you and “corrupt”… other businesses… are broadcasting promotions of the things you sell. Services for money. A motive. You and corporations are a lot different, but are basically the same.

If it affords me any credibility, let me offer my “I’m cool” disclaimer. I ride my bike to work everyday. I garden and like whole foods. I studied sustainable agriculture and I’m an all-around environmentalist. I appreciate holistic medicine.

However I like to catch myself before coming across as self-righteous with a holier-than-thou attitude, which seems to be pretty common when you have, let’s say, a subculture pitted against mainstream whatever.

Overall, I understand your point. The point I’m trying to make is that we have little reason to trust you, when trusting you means buying into what it is you are selling.

        No disrespect. Peace out

        1. Thanks David. I do see your point, and I think you put it well and politely.
But this is my point: I am a homeopath. I studied 4 long years to be a homeopath. I have no other source of income. I am valuable, and my services are valuable. I have to make a living like everyone else. Would you like me to give my services out for free? I will not do that and I don’t think that I should do that. My purpose in life is to heal, but in this capitalist society where we must make money, there must be an exchange of money for my services.
I also have knowledge, and I like to share it with people so that they can make an educated decision. I offer alternatives to people who will seek it, but like I said before, those alternatives are not free, nor should they be!
I never ask people to buy what I’m selling. If people gain some knowledge from what I am writing, that is enough for me. If they choose to buy my services they can. In terms of the H1N1 vaccine, I actually don’t think the homeopathic alternative is necessary. If I heard that my article *just* persuaded somebody not to get the vaccine that would be enough for me, since it would have prevented harm from the vaccine.

  3. I received the H1N1 shot on 11/23/09. I was 8 weeks 6 Days and my baby died that day!

I have done research and went to the health dept where my shot was administed and got the lot number. I am shocked to know the vaccine contains toxic ingredients. They are:

. MF59C.1 is an oil/water emulsion containing 9.75 mg squalene, 1.175 mg polysorbate 80 and 1.175 mg sorbitan trioleate in a citrate buffer. Quantities are expressed per 0.5 ml vaccine dose.

    – Other Ingredients:

The other ingredients are: thiomersal (MERCURY) (multidose vial only), sodium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, sodium citrate, citric acid and water for injections.

If any of you have had adverse reactions to this vaccine PLEASE report it online at

Also, I am trying to find someone who KNOWS what tests can be ran on my fetus at this early stage to determine EXACTLY if this vaccine contibuted to my fetus’ death. Please email me if you can help.

  4. I think anyone who believes that mercury and aluminum salts and squalene safe to be well I am sorry to say it bluntly
IDIOTS!!!!!!!!! You cannot argue with science. We weren’t born needing any of those ingredients in our bodies and the body will react to reject sometimes violently a FOREIGN object that guess what does not belong there. So please use what little brain you might have left and read the science if you can understand it. If an EXPERT said that jumping off of buildings directly on concrete would lengthen your lifespan would you BELIEVE it? It basically is the same thing. Isn’t it? I prefer to stay alive and have all my faculties thank you. Good luck tho, if you think having foreign chemicals in your body will benefit you or make you feel invinicible. Good Freakin LUCK!!!!!!!

  5. Hi there, I must say I have to agree. I believe that the risks associated with the swine flu vaccine are way too high. I have a friend who sister in law miscarried only two days after receiving the vaccine. She has no history of complications or miscarries. She already has two healthy children and this was to be her third. The appointment prior to her vaccine the baby was perfect with no problems what so ever, then she gets the H1N1 vaccine and two days later her baby dies. I myself have three children and my doctor would not even let me have the regular flu shot and I must say I am so happy that she said it is not safe for me since I was pregnant. Most things are not safe while you are pregnant so why is it doctors insist upon this H1N1 vaccine. I found this web site of women who have all miscarried within one week of getting the vaccine and in some cases the women were friends and both were pregnant and received the swine flu vaccine and within four days both miscarried. Everyone should see these stories so I am providing a link to the sad stories that these women have to tell. I hope that the truth gets out, pregnant women should not have this vaccine pushed on them.

  6. I have a friend who got the Swine Flu. She not only got pneumonia but also got Pleurisy and was in so much pain, the nurses couldn’t give her a needle without holding her down. She has been wearing a mask since then so she doesn’t catch anything else, she’s so scared. That’s why I think it’s important to make an educated choice.

I heard that H1N1 is attacking the lungs and causing bacterial pneumonia and that it is the pneumonia that is killing people as it nearly did my friend. I had a pneumonia vaccine about 6 years ago so I might not take the Swine Flu shot this year but if I had not had the pneumonia shot, I’d probably get it instead of the temporary flu shot, even though it, they both contain mercury.

    2 questions
    1. If it’s the pneumonia that’s killing people, why aren’t they talking up the pneumonia shot instead of blaming the Swine flu?

    2. I did my research and discovered that scientists call pigs “mixing vessels” because they not only hold human flu, Avian/bird flu and H1N1 flu, but apparently, the pigs have merged the three and that is what the Swine flu shot addresses. If this is true, and the Swine flu was here in the 70s, why are we not told to stop eating pork? I heard a lab scientist on an unrelated radio show say that he had heated pork to a much higher heat then we use to cook it and he still found live viruses in it. So, is it the pork industry over our health? Gosh, what a shock.

  7. Acctually you are wrong. All Scandinavians country have not banned thimerosal in vaccines. On the contracy. I am from Sweden and we are currently mass-vaccinating the whole population with Pandemrix, which contains all the substances you mention above.

  8. I am pregnant and feel strongly against getting the H1N1 shot for myself. I read the Canadian government’s pamphlet on the vaccine and it says that children under 6 months are not recommended to get it. So if it’s not safe for little babies, how is it safe for my baby who is still developing? There’s no way to know how these toxins could affect my developing baby or if my baby is sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. The H1N1 flu is not much different from the regular flu – it simply is affecting a younger population than the seasonal flu. Panic and worry will make you sick though…

  9. I have not nor will I vaccinate my children or myself, I am writing because I was unaware that “squalene ” was an issue. Is squalene not just shark oil, that has many benificial properties, or is there another?

    1. Hello Sarah. It seems to have a different effect when injected into someone or something (like a rat). Maybe it overwhelms the body when it is injected whereas when it is consumed orally the body is able to process it.

    2. Squalene is in olive oil and is also a substance in the body that is vital to its functioning. However, oil based concentrated, vaccination adjuvants like squalene have been proved to generate unremitting immune responses in rats over long periods of time.

A 2000 study published in the American Journal of Pathology demonstrated a single injection of the adjuvant squalene into rats triggered “chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation”.
ie ,a disease like rheumatoid arthritis.
The difference between beneficial and harmful squalene is the route by which it enters the body. Injection is an abnormal route of entry which incites the immune system to attack all the squalene in the body, not just the vaccine adjuvant. The immune system will then attempt to destroy the molecule wherever it finds it, including in places where it occurs naturally and is vital to the health of the nervous system.
Victims of Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) received anthrax vaccines which contained squalene. MF59 (the Novartis squalene adjuvant) was an unapproved ingredient in experimental anthrax vaccines and has since been linked to the devastating autoimmune diseases suffered by countless Gulf War veterans.
The Department of Defense in the US made every attempt to deny that squalene was indeed an added contaminant in the anthrax vaccine.
However, the FDA discovered the presence of squalene in certain lots of vaccine. A test was developed to detect anti-squalene antibodies in GWS patients, and a clear link was established between the contaminated product and all the GWS sufferers who had been injected with the vaccine containing squalene.
A study conducted at Tulane Medical School and published in the February 2000 issue of Experimental Molecular Pathology included these stunning statistics:
“ … the substantial majority (95%) of overtly ill deployed GWS patients had antibodies to squalene. All (100%) GWS patients immunized for service in Desert Shield/Desert Storm who did not deploy, but had the same signs and symptoms as those who did deploy, had antibodies to squalene.
In contrast, none (0%) of the deployed Persian Gulf veterans not showing signs and symptoms of GWS have antibodies to squalene. Neither patients with idiopathic autoimmune disease nor healthy controls had detectable serum antibodies to squalene. The majority of symptomatic GWS patients had serum antibodies to squalene.”
According to Dr. Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., a former principle research scientist for the government of Australia:
“… this adjuvant [squalene] contributed to the cascade of reactions called “Gulf War Syndrome,” documented in the soldiers involved in the Gulf War.
The symptoms they developed included arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.”

Although the US Defense Dept has denied the link with Gulf War Syndrome, the US swine flu vaccine does not contain squalene. It is, however, included in Pandemrix, the GlaxoSmith kline vaccination being offered in the UK.

      1. Thanks for your comment Judy. Squalene is also in most of the Canadian H1N1 vaccines. Glaxosmithkline is the producer of the Canadian version of Pandemrix, called Arepandrix. There is an optional H1N1 vaccine for pregnant women that does not contain squalene though it has other toxins in it that could cause miscarriage or birth defects.

  10. from the Los Angeles examiner:
“Is it safe for a pregnant woman to receive a thimerosal containing vaccine? Thimerosal was removed from all pediatric vaccines in 2001 and since 2004 no pregnant woman in California has received a thimerosal containing vaccine, yet the rate of autism remains unchanged. The original studies that raised questions about the thimerosal-autism link have since been discredited and ten convincing studies have been published in leading medical journals indicating there is no link between vaccines and autism.

Why was the preservative removed if it is safe? Back when the initial concerns were raised, the studies disproving the association between thimerosal and autism had not been performed.”

The risk of not getting the vaccine outweighs the THEORETICAL RISK of thimerosol.

    1. Maybe it’s unrelated. There are other ingredients in vaccines that are unsafe though, thimerosal is the tip of the iceberg. Also why even gamble if there is a safe effective alternative? (Homeopathic Immunizations)

      1. I am in full support of homeopathic treatment and wanted to give you a little more info on the vaccines available. They are mercery and aluminum free!
Only multi dose vials have mercery.
CSL Brand: FDA-approved for individuals 18 years of age and older (single dose perservative free), inactivated, Pregnancy safety C (untested), no aluminum, trace egg

Novartis Brand: FDA-approved for people 4 years of age and older. There are two forms of this shot: multi-dose vials (with Thimerosal used as a preservative) and pre-filled single-dose syringes (with Thimerosal used in the manufacturing process, but extracted before the final production), inactivated, Pregnancy safety C (untested), does not list all ingredients, assumed to have no aluminum added, egg based

Sanofi Brand: FDA-approved for children 6 months of age and older. There are two forms of this shot: multi-dose vials (Thimerosal-free) and pre-filled single-dose syringes (Thimerosal-free) inactivated, Pregnancy safety C (untested), does not list all ingredients, assumed to have no aluminum added, egg based, formaldehyde & gelatin

Medimmune: FDA-approved nasal spray for individuals 2-49 years of age (Thimerosal-free) Pregnancy safety C (tested on rats but needs further testing), no aluminum added, egg based with pig gelatin and CONTAINS MSG! May transmit live virus to babies and immune comprimised individuals!

  11. I’m not involved in making vaccines, and I think that they are safe, and they work. I am familiar with all the same evidence, and come to a completely different conclusion.

    1. For your one study that you cited there are dozens that say it is safe. Why should we believe the WHO? Why should we believe a random homeopath? Hmmmm which one makes more sense to put ones trust in….

    2. You say you think vaccines are safe and yet you sign yourself as anonymous. That’s weak. If you have an honest opinion, leave an honest name.

  12. Of course everyone involved in making this says it is safe. Would anyone take it if they didn’t??? Why would you believe them!!

  13. Actually, The Public Health Agency of Canada says that vaccines are perfectly safe, even for pregnant women.

    1. Yeah, and Hitler made propaganda videos showing the people in Concentration camps gardening, laughing and swimming in the pool at Auschwitz. Wake up it is a global eugenics campaign. Unfortunately the blind public has no idea we are at war! Or more appropriately that a subversive force is at war with them.

Bilderberg wants you dead, and your kids too. But before you go they want to make a fortune getting rid of you. So they love it that you are buying every lie they spread across the T.V. So roll up your sleeve.

      Educate yourself: Watch this

      Vaccinations, Weapons of Mass Destruction

      Vaccine Nation

      1. So….they say that they are a small, independent proprietorship who barely makes a living off what they are doing? The pharmaceutical industry is a multi billion dollar industry. Pharmaceutical companies such as GlaxoSmithKline are some of the richest companies in the world. There is no comparison between me and them.
